This review is specifically for Yanni. She is a real one!!! As a guest of a black tie wedding this past weekend, my zipper completely busted open ten minutes before the ceremony. No questions asked, Yanni grabbed her sewing kit and immediately started sewing me into the dress in the bathroom. Mind you, I’m just a guest and she has a ceremony that’s starting momentarily and she was still talking with workers as she was sewing to make sure everything was on time. I am sooo grateful for her!! Also needs to be said, I’ve been to many many weddings and have never seen a worker cater to a bride so much. Every time I saw her, she was hustling getting something done. Even at 2am!

I’ve been to The Fox Hollow several times, usually for weddings or special events, and it’s always an amazing experience. The food is off the hook — there’s always a huge variety to choose from, with plenty of stations offering everything you can imagine. The property itself is beautiful, especially at night when everything is lit up. The restaurant and bar are also excellent, and the whole place is always decorated so nicely, particularly around the holidays. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, which really adds to the experience. It’s a stunning venue overall and seems to run everything seamlessly. Definitely one of the best spots on Long Island for weddings and events.

My fiancé and I toured Fox Hollow and absolutely fell in love with the venue, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nicole, our sales rep. She was truly incredible from start to finish. Nicole is one of those rare people who makes you feel instantly comfortable, understood, and taken care of. She was warm, personal, and so easy to talk to. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend who genuinely wanted the best for us. She walked us through every detail with patience, excitement, and total professionalism, but with such a lovely, friendly energy that made the whole experience feel special rather than stressful. She didn’t rush us, answered every question with so much knowledge, and really took the time to understand our vision. You can tell she cares deeply about her couples and wants them to feel confident and happy. We also got to meet one of the owners Genaro who was so nice and took the time to speak to us and learn more about our needs! We left the tour feeling excited, supported, and even more in love with the idea of having our wedding there. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we are excited for what’s to possibly come. If you’re considering Fox Hollow, ask for Nicole. She’s an absolute gem.

Our wedding at Fox Hollow in the Somerley room was an absolute dream, and that is entirely thanks to the incredible team who took care of us from start to finish. The wedding maitre D Samir, bridal attendant Noelia, and the entire Fox Hollow staff went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure our day was flawless. Our wedding maitre D Samir was truly exceptional—professional, organized, and completely on top of every detail. He ran the entire event seamlessly, coordinated with vendors effortlessly, and kept everything perfectly on schedule while allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our celebration. Not once did we feel stressed or rushed because we knew we were in the best hands. Our bridal attendant Noelia was nothing short of amazing. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—helping with my dress, making sure I ate and drank, keeping me keep calm, and offering constant support throughout the day. Her kindness, attentiveness, and reassuring presence made such a difference and made me feel truly cared for as a bride. The Fox Hollow staff as a whole was outstanding. From the moment our guests arrived, everyone was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. The service was impeccable, the food was phenomenal, and every staff member made our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. We received countless compliments about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the staff and service were. If you are considering Fox Hollow for your wedding, look no further. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine dedication from the entire team is unmatched. Just recently celebrated our wedding in the Winter Garden room with about 130 guests. We had 5 tables on the left and 6 on the right to leave the middle open. Let me tell you, I met with Hilary and she thoroughly explained everything but when she stated we would have more than enough food she wasnt kidding. There was soo much good food to choose from all of the guests left full and happy. My heart really was at such ease in the care of Samir and Noellia. I think they are an amazing team and as individuals, they shine in service excellence. For a year and a half i stressed over my wedding and I read hundreds of reviews stating how well Fox Hollows staff runs the wedding night and let me tell u, i was NEVER worried, anxious, or questioned a single thing with them. All of my other vendors had errors and mistakes and Samir and Noellia had absolutely none. My entire night went perfectly because of them. Samir and Noellia are able to predict your needs, they listen to everything, and they are always one step ahead so u can just enjoy the night. I also have to mention my bustle was long and complicated. During pictures as we were changing locations and positions Noellia quickly y effortlessly fixed my bustle that i did not even know when she did it lol that was the joke of the night and i will always remember them.

My wife and I had our wedding reception (for ~125 guests) in the Somerley room at Fox Hollow and it was absolutely amazing! The entire planning process with James and Hillary was seamless. Our maitre d', Samir, handled everything flawlessly during the reception, and my wife's bridal attendant Sofia was incredible and very attentive. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious! We had high expectations and every single one was exceeded - an incredible day. The wedding party and almost all of the wedding guests stayed at the Fox Hollow Inn which was very convenient. The rooms were large and very nice, the fireplace was very warm, and the hotel bar was a great place for an informal after party! We did our rehearsal dinner at the Volpe which was also amazing. We highly recommend Fox Hollow for a wedding venue/rehearsal dinner/hotel - they made our day so special and were amazing to work with!
